ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a friendly and helpful part time person to join our team on Monday, Wed and Fridays from 9-3pm at our office in Maplewood. Position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the agency.
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christine Coster - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Obtain documents as needed from policyholders
- Assist policyholders with the statefarm.com app and other app- based discounts.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist teammates as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to obtain a NJ personal lines insurance license.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Works well independently and with a team.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
